About us

A 360° agency from Poznań, from the idea through publishing to analysis.

vision

I founded Lux Stories because two things in marketing stopped sitting right with me.

This agency is the answer to both.

First

In large agencies the client is often just one of many. They talk to one team member after another, their brand gets templated content, and decisions are made somewhere far away from them.

Second

Social media is full of artificiality. Stock photos, polished graphics, promises of "content that sells" and zero human on the other side.

Kinga Piskuła

Founder of LUX STORIES

I have worked in marketing for over 5 years. I have run international campaigns, worked within agency structures and seen the mechanism from the inside: what the process looks like, where it falls apart and why so many brands sound the same.

I graduated in business management and I am now developing towards creative management, and my background is complemented by a sense of aesthetics and a passion for creating.

At Lux Stories you mostly talk to me. Not to an account manager, not to someone who will pass the matter on - to the person who actually builds your brand. I know every project from the inside, because I create it myself.

But I don't work alone. I am the creative soul of this duo - I come up with ideas, direct, shoot and edit. Jakub is responsible for the other side of the work - strategic and analytical. He runs ad campaigns, reads the data and checks whether what we publish actually does its job. Thanks to this you get both: content that looks beautiful, and decisions based on numbers rather than gut feeling.

    European Union funding

Kinga Piskuła Lux Stories received non-repayable support from the European Union in the form of a one-off grant and financial bridging support for starting a business.

As part of its business, the company provides comprehensive social media services for brands: it develops communication strategies, creates content and graphics, carries out photo and video sessions directly at the client's premises, runs profiles on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, and runs ad campaigns on Meta platforms. It also offers the design of visual identity and promotional materials.

The funds received made it possible to purchase computer and office equipment and equipment for producing photographic and audiovisual materials, as well as to create and launch an online shop.

    About the project

The grant was awarded by Wielkopolska Agencja Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości Sp. z o.o. under the project "Podnoszenie i zmiana kwalifikacji oraz aktywizacja zawodowa pracowników Grupy Kapitałowej Zespołu Elektrowni Pątnów-Adamów-Konin zorientowana na utworzenie i utrzymanie miejsc pracy. Droga do zatrudnienia po węglu" (Upskilling, reskilling and professional activation of employees of the Pątnów-Adamów-Konin Power Plant Group, aimed at creating and maintaining jobs. The road to employment after coal), implemented under the European Funds for Wielkopolska 2021-2027 Programme (FEW), co-financed by the Just Transition Fund (JTF), Priority 10: Just transition of Eastern Wielkopolska, Measure 10.1: Labour market, education and an active society supporting the transformation of the economy, co-implemented with the Voivodeship Labour Office in Poznań and other partners.

The main aim of the project is to effectively activate 2,200 people losing their jobs in the mining and conventional energy sector in Eastern Wielkopolska, by enabling 1,100 people to take up or continue employment with a new employer or to become self-employed and keep their business running, and by enabling 1,166 people to gain qualifications.
